The monitoring software currently in use is not compatible with Windows 11 and later.
The OS required for setting up the child and parent units is only Internet Explorer, and it is not compatible with other browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc.).

If you are considering replacing or updating your computer, please continue to use the old computer as a "Troubleresa" before the update.
