Impeller Type

Turbo Type
Turbo Type
Resistance is reduced by having the fan blades face backwards relative to the direction of rotation. This improves efficiency and lowers noise levels. Can be used in a wide range of airflow and static pressure levels.
Radial blade Type
Radial blade Type
Less efficient than turbo or air foil types, but the simple impeller construction makes this type a good choice when dust or powder is present.
Sirocco Type
Sirocco Type
Also known as a multi-blade blower, this is the smallest of the centrifugal types to maintain a certain level of airflow. However, it is less efficient and noisier than turbo and air foil types.
Air Foil Type
Air Foil Type
A type of turbo blower, the fan blades are shaped like airplane or bird wings. This makes it the most efficient of these blowers and, especially, significantly reduces noise.
Axial Flow Type
Axial Flow Type
Provides a larger airflow with lower static pressure compare to centrifugal type blowers. Unlike centrifugal type blowers, the air flows along the motor axis, and when the direction of rotation is reversed, so is the airflow.
Vortex Type
Vortex Type
More compact, lighter, and with high pressures than centrifugal type blowers. Suitable for small airflow, high static pressure applications.
